- Payment for goods and services must be made via PayPal or Credit Card prior to delivery of purchased good(s) or service(s).
- Your purchase of a template from Rivertree Template Design gives you the right to use the template for your online store. You agree that the design and graphics remain the property of Rivertree Template Design and the graphic designers who created the graphics for your store. You are free to use these graphics in your store and for advertising your Highwire store.
- You are not allowed to purchase our template for resale. You must be the end user of our templates.
- Please leave the credit link in the footer of your template. This helps keep our costs lower by providing valuable back links.
- Most of our templates are NOT exclusive and this means they may be sold more than once.
- You are free to make changes to your template to fit the needs of your business as long as the credits remain on all pages of your website.
- You are free to discontinue use of the template you purchase at any time. However, you may not sell the template to another individual or business.
- Please request our permission if you wish to use your template on another website or selling venue.
- If you are selling your business, then you may transfer the design with the content of your website to the new business owner. The new owner will be bound by the terms of this agreement.
- Rivertree Template Design retains the right to use any template and/or graphic we create in a promotional or advertising manner without notice to the purchaser.
- Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds will be made after purchase.
- Services offered on our templates are stated in the template description. Additional services beyond the template description will incur additional charges.
- If at any time you wish to not comply with our Template Usage Policy, please discontinue use of our templates and remove them from your computer, remove them from the web, and destroy any copies you have made.
